You donвЂ™t strike me as a no-name?вЂќ He looked down at his crossed arms and lifted them up a bit. I can change it now since these are transfer papers. Standing on it he crossed his arms in front of him. He stormed over to his papers and found the name written in a way too curly font. вЂњSweetums? ThatвЂ™s what your name is?вЂќ The curious expression on his skull turned to the same look of disgust I had seen in his photos.

I couldnвЂ™t help but to put my pen down and facepalm when I read his listed name. вЂњIt took the dog a couple of bloody noses to figure that out, but IвЂ™m sure youвЂ™re smarter than that.вЂќ Mostly ignoring him, I let him crawl out and explore the desk at his own pace.ДЄccording to his papers he was already a year old, but no mentions of special abilities or soul color. You did well.вЂќ I laid out the paperwork and starting looking it over. After I fed the animals, because the dog wakes up at the sound of food, I sat down with my bittys paperwork at my desk. Apparently he had fallen asleep sometime during the night. The cat just yowled and waddled over to his food dish, but the bitty jumped and scurried to the back of my desk and hid behind the monitor. вЂњThatвЂ™s enough you two!вЂќ I said jokingly. My cat was far to heavy and lazy to jump up to my desk and the bitty was just sitting there with his dark sockets seemingly focused on the ground. That just left the cat and the bitty locked in a staring contest. When I got home from work my husband and the dog were sound asleep. The first night went by without any trouble.

My household has been a bit chaotic lately and I still need to tell you how it became this way. I even finally got a picture of the bugger since I doubt anyone would believe I have a four armed tusked unicorn as a bitty now. I would have to slowly earn Rusas trust and luckily I found mints to be helpful. Lessons were learned and roasted nuts were shared before bed. It wasnвЂ™t unlike leaving a dog alone the for first time. Apparently Rusa was unconvinced that I would return and he was determined to gather вЂsuppliesвЂ™ to keep the two of them comfortable. Well I didnвЂ™t come home to a totally destroyed home, but I was greeted by an overstuffed Lint and several dog toys and pillows ripped open and their contents strewn everywhere. Apparently the two had been friends for a long time and Lint could keep things civil in our absence. Snork assured me that I could trust Lint and Rusa alone in the house while we were gone. That was pretty disturbing so I decided that I would work on gaining his trust after the fair. The aggressive behavior I expected from a feral bitty, but I noticed that when we got too close to each other Rusa would drop an arm, or two. We didnвЂ™t interact for a few days after that. sorry he got your fabrics dirty.вЂќДЄnd thatвЂ™s how I found out why the hole under my door was getting an odd red stain and that Rusa had been вЂvisitingвЂ™ for a good while already. вЂњI guess I could make a quick sleeping bag for theвЂ¦вЂќ It was when I was setting out midnight snacks they kindly reminded me that our visitor needed a place to sleep. For a while I didnвЂ™t realize what was actually happening. Things moved in the corner of my peripheral vision. The first day I felt like I was being watched. If I had known I had just invited six inches of bitey, hissey, pokey, scratchy, evil into my house I would have made a different choice. WeвЂ™ve been having construction nearby lately and I knew there were feral bitties around so I couldnвЂ™t be heartless and say no.

(I donвЂ™t have a dryer and felt weird picking up random lint from the laundromat.)ДЄ few days before Lint had gathered the courage to ask if a friend could stay with us. Lint has gotten stronger once I coaxed him into gathering вЂpoly stuffвЂ™ instead of dryer lint.

It was the first time weвЂ™d been out with just the three of them for a while. Our trip to the Renaissance Fair was fun.
